Postiljonen is a dream pop trio deriving from Scandinavia. The band emerged quietly back in September 2011 and is composed of Norwegian vocalist Mia Bøe alongside Swedish multi-instrumentalists Daniel Sjörs and Joel Nyström Holm. After releasing a handful of online only singles in their native Scandinavia (including the heartbreaking interpretation of Whitney Houston’s classic ‘How Will I Know’, renamed here to ‘All That We Had Is Lost’) the trio have managed to create a highly characteristic sound, where ethereal and alluring vocals are interwoven in a mystical, ambient, dreamy and lovable expression. They have been compared to the likes of M83, Air France, Sigur Ros, jj and Cocteau Twins. Taking inspiration from old black and white movies, the golden 80s, Balearic scenery, sleepless summer nights and describe themselves as nostalgic daydreamers, all of which mirrors beautifully within Skyer’s ten songs. Featuring singles ‘Supreme’ and Atlantis’, Skyer is summery pop music at its best; made for lazy days and dreamy nights. Skyer is released on July 22 2013. http://bestfitrecordings.com/ http://hybr.is/ http://postiljonen.tumblr.com/

New as-of-yet unreleased Mint Julep track. www.facebook.com/mintjulepmusic/ LYRICS: Realize they can’t take it away All your life you can’t hold it inside So don’t hesitate, don’t be afraid You can’t wait anyway As fast as you can You don’t even know when it all began As fast as you can These colder shores are less than we had Vanishing light how it always bends Everything til our paths find an end And you keep feeling it Even when you won’t let it in, let it in As fast as you can You don’t even know when it all began As fast as you can These colder shores are less than we had (Lyrics: Hollie Kenniff)
i want somebody to know me, really know me, better than I know myself. http://itsgonnabeokay.xyz http://instagram.com/stevie.wolf http://twitter.com/steviewolfmusic http://facebook.com/steviewolfmusic Lyrics: Could you ever know me at all? Could you ever know me at all? I don't think that I believe in love right now Seems like always ends in tears and twisted mouths I keep mine I keep mine All these walls we starve behind Novocain martyr, a hurricane’s daughter Wanna be closer, keep pushing you farther I see you like Yves Klein Blue When everything else is black and white Draw me near, I know you hear The symphony underneath my quiet Could you ever know me at all? Could you ever know me at all? I get lost behind my fingertips Oh I can’t fit all my soul inside a text oh no I keep mine I keep mine Swimming in my distant mind Pit made of lead Center of my chest Somehow through the emptiness I see you like Yves Klein Blue When everything else is black and white Could you ever know me at all? Could you ever know me at all? I see you like Yves Klein Blue When everything else is black and white Draw me near, I know you hear The symphony underneath my quiet Nobody nobody nobody really tries. Nobody nobody nobody really tries. Nobody nobody nobody takes the time. Nobody nobody nobody really tries. I see you like Yves Klein Blue When everything else is black and white Draw me near, I know you hear The symphony underneath my quiet Could you ever know me at all? Could you ever know me at all?

In April of 2008, we at Sub Pop Records had the good fortune to release the US version of Antidotes, the debut album by Oxford, UK quintet Foals. Antidotes was a special album. Two years on from that impressive introduction, a choice has been made–-rather than contort Antidotes’ lithesome guitars into ever more elaborate patterns, Total Life Forever is the sound of a band settling into and surveying the decay of old protocols. With this new album, Foals strip their sound back and turn themselves inside out searching for that invisible human thing. The result is an album as persuasive emotionally as Antidotes was physically. Whereas that album constantly reinforced its own presence by filling the air with yelping and polyrhythm, tracks on Total Life Forever such as disarming opener “Blue Blood,” “2 Trees” and the astonishing “Black Gold” are happier to leave gaps for the listener to explore in mind’s ear and eye. Written primarily in the basement of their Oxford HQ (“The House of Supreme Mathematics”) and recorded in Gothenburg with former Clor man Luke Smith, Total Life Forever finds Foals singing rather than shouting, emotional as well as functional. The band’s soul-search reveals new antidotes found in infinite, internal spaces rather than carved violently upon the air–-Total Life Forever feels more the work of artists than artisans. It’s a triumph that they’ve managed to remain a band of progress and propulsion while investigating that vast, dark space lurking inside themselves-–that gap between ribs where “nature, or god or whatever you wanna call it, will come in.” Released: June 15, 2010 1. Blue Blood 2. Miami 3. Total Life Forever 4. Black Gold 5. Spanish Sahara 6. This Orient 7. Fugue 8. After Glow 9. Alabaster 10. 2 Trees 11. What Remains

I've been there before, Hoping and trying to make things right. But now i don't know, Honey these arms that once held you are ready to fight. Hi I’m OOHYO and this is my first EP album, Girl Sense. I think writing music is like taking pictures, both ways of capturing a moment’s feelings and thoughts. I wrote the songs for this album to put together images and monologues of my late teens and early twenties, that sometimes thrill me, sometimes turn me melancholy, sometimes leave me unsure or unaware of my own feelings. Though I’m only beginning to discover my own potentials as a musician, I hope this album serves as hope and encouragement to those who can identify with it. Thanks for checking it out. You can get.
